Tour 2020 is canceled or postponed due to COVID-19, please submit survey

We know the last few days have been filled with a whirlwind of information regarding COVID-19. As of tonight, our regular rehearsals and Finale Concert will continue as scheduled. We will keep you updated on any changes as soon as we can. Please don’t come to rehearsal if you are sick. Illnesses are always excused and should be submitted through our absence request form here.

As a reminder, there will be no rehearsal on Tuesday, March 24th because of Spring Break.

Tour options: Survey and tour options open to all, whether or not originally going on tour

As you are probably aware, Disneyland has been closed through the end of March, and therefore our Festival in Anaheim was suspended. We are so sad to have our Tour cancelled! However, we recognize how important it is at this time that everyone cooperates in efforts to slow the spread of COVID-19. We hope you and your loved ones all stay well! 

What happens to the money you paid? For those who had signed up and paid, know that we are 100% committed to returning to you as much money as possible, as soon as we are able to. 

There is also a chance that we could just “postpone” instead of cancelling, but only if there would be enough interest in, and then commitment to, an alternate plan. This is all just in the realm of possibility at this point, but we want to gauge the interest/availability of Cantus families before we pursue any of these options. 

Families who were not signed up for Tour originally–this is open to you, too! Please take the survey by this Tuesday, 3/17 to see what the options are and if they might work for you. 

(Please know that if none of these work for you, for any reason, or if we don’t have the interest/support to pursue them, we will do all we can to refund as much as we possibly can of what you have previously paid.)
