VoiceOver performed for an intimate and supportive audience at The Egyptian Theatre on Wednesday, May 11, at 7:00 pm. They performed for the annual National Alliance for Mental Illness (NAMI) Gala.
They performed 6 selections: A stomp routine choreographed by Michelle Pedersen, It’s Time featuring Brennen Stimpson and Caden Chandler, Wide Awake featuring Lauren Rausch and Jacob Rarick, Hallelujah, I Still Haven’t Found What I’m Looking For featuring Sydney Stephan, and Cells Planets, featuring Sarah Walker. They received supportive whoops and hollers, whistles, tears, supportive applause and a standing ovation.
VoiceOver was mentioned in a segment on KTVB Channel 7 News later that evening.
VoiceOver performed at this event last year, and were introduced to Michelle Edmonds of Channel 6 news. She was so impressed with our performance, that she did a 4 minute segment on Cantus Youth Choirs and VoiceOver after the Billboard Awards.
